Background
East African Lion Brands is a leading FMCG manufacturing company in Ethiopia. Located in Bishoftu and comprised of three production facilities—Home Care, Personal Care, and Supplementary Food—the company’s portfolio includes Crown, Peacock, Vitex, and many other household essentials. East African Lion Brands is now hiring key positions to aid in the growth of the company, and a competitive salary will be offered for the right candidate
Job Summary:
To enhance the operations of the company by plan, organize, direct and coordinate financial and accounting activities of the Company in an efficient manner and prepare performance reports.
Reporting To: General Account Department Manager
Service Transport: To Be Provide

Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- B.A, MA/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum of 8 (Eight) years of experience out of which 2 (Two) years as senior accountant,
- Experience working with accounting software’s
- Experience working in Manufacturing industries
Technical and Other Skills:
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian accounting, taxation and labor rules/regulation and comply with International standard Report System (IFRS)
- Analyzing information, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, confidentiality, thoroughness, corporate finance, financial software,
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office package
- Demonstrable Manufacturing finance management skills
